No simultaneous translation service will be provided.<\/p>\n All delegates will receive their name badges from the Registration Desk and are strongly recommended to wear them during all conference days and hours. Participants must show their name badge at the entrance of each meeting session they will attend. Badges include a barcode number from which attendance hours will be calculated at the end. Sponsor representatives and exhibitors will not receive name badges, rather a general one with sponsor\u2019s and\/or exhibitor\u2019s company name.<\/p>\n Certificates of attendance will be available from December 3, at the end of the congress.<\/p>\n Conference\u2019s Secretariat will be located in foyer of \u03a6\u039c2 Auditorium. Secretariat\u2019s hours of service are in accordance with the final scientific program.<\/p>\n Coffees and lunches will be available according to the final program.<\/p>\n As a courtesy to speakers and other participants, all mobile phones and\/or other electronic equipment must be set at silent mode while attending sessions.<\/p>\n Photographing, taping, recording, or filming of sessions without expressed written consent of the author and conference organizer is prohibited.
