ΦΜ2 Auditorium of the Department of Pharmacy of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Language

The official language is English (and Greek). No simultaneous translation service will be provided.

Badges

All delegates will receive their name badges from the Registration Desk and are strongly recommended to wear them during all conference days and hours. Participants must show their name badge at the entrance of each meeting session they will attend. Badges include a barcode number from which attendance hours will be calculated at the end. Sponsor representatives and exhibitors will not receive name badges, rather a general one with sponsor’s and/or exhibitor’s company name.

Certificates of Attendance

Certificates of attendance will be available from December 3, at the end of the congress.

Registration Desk/Secretariat

Conference’s Secretariat will be located in foyer of ΦΜ2 Auditorium. Secretariat’s hours of service are in accordance with the final scientific program.

Coffee & Lunch Breaks

Coffees and lunches will be available according to the final program.

Mobile Telephones

As a courtesy to speakers and other participants, all mobile phones and/or other electronic equipment must be set at silent mode while attending sessions.

Duplicating/Recording

Photographing, taping, recording, or filming of sessions without expressed written consent of the author and conference organizer is prohibited. Please seek more information at the Registration Desk.

Lost and Found

Lost and found items can be submitted and collected at the Registration Desk located at foyer of ΦΜ2 Auditorium. If found or lost documents, personal belongings e.t.c. within the auditorium area during conference’s days please seek information at the Registration Desk.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside amphitheater, amphitheater’s foyer, outside the meeting halls and/or in the exhibition area. Smoking is permitted only outside the building. Smokers are strongly recommended to use the ashtrays instead of dropping cigarettes on the ground.
